Children’s Birthday/Scout Party Reservations


    We require a $25 Non-Refundable deposit to book all parties. This deposit will serve as your Party Room Fee and is in addition to your party costs. (An exception is if you choose to not have food or presents and hold your party in our main studio space) This deposit will only be refunded is the date and time you request is not available, and another suitable date and time cannot be arranged. If you need to reschedule you party, please do so within one week of your event and we will gladly transfer your deposit to another available date. Birthday Parties are to begin and end on time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however we often have other groups booked back to back. Most parents find the allotted time to be plenty! The Balance for the birthday party will be due the day of the party. The host is responsible for any breakage or damage. If using the private party room, a counter for snacks and cake, as well as a refrigerator/freezer are provided for your convenience. We do not provide plates, cups or silverware, but feel free to bring your own. You are welcome to bring decorations, but please keep them simple. The host is responsible for picking up the pieces from the entire party one week later. We cannot arrange to have them picked up separately. We will only be responsible for items up to 60 days after the event, but please give us a call if you are not able to pick them up in the 60 day window. If excellent service is provided by your instructor, tips are encouraged for gratuity.
